FAQ
Our Frequently Asked Questions section is designed to provide quick answers to the most common questions we receive from our customers.

Will personal training benefit me?
Personal training is a tailored fitness solution suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and goals. It's perfect for anyone seeking accountability and guidance on their journey towards improved health and fitness.
Should I be exercising outside of our sessions?
Yes! Daily movement is ideal for weight lose and/or to maintain an excellent level of general health. I highly encourage complementing your PT sessions with additional exercise. Your type and frequency will depend on your individual goals.
Will you provide a diet plan for me?
Diet or food plans are not within a Personal Trainers scope of practice. Yes, we may have the knowledge, but we are not legally qualified to instruct clients with what foods to eat, or meals plans. This is a service that a nutritionist or dietician can provide you.
However, PT's can review the foundation of healthy nutrition and assist in tracking nutrition through food logs to create awareness and accountability.
Can I train if I have an injury or health concern?
Yes! We will discuss any medical conditions and injuries before commencement. It is important that I am aware of these conditions so I can train you safely. Serious health conditions may require a medical clearance prior to training but most medical coniditions and injuries benefit from daily movement.
How long until I start to see results?
Generally, it takes 8-12 weeks to “see” results. The type of results you “see” is very individual and depends on your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, and what your goals are. More importantly however, you will FEEL the results of exercise almost immediately.
Do I need to have gym experience?
No, you do not need any gym experience to start your journey with a personal trainer! Their goal is to teach you everything you need to know about training, helping you build a strong foundation to achieve your goals.
How many PT sessions should I do a week?
The number of personal training sessions you should do each week varies based on factors such as your budget, availability, and need for accountability. On average, most clients find that meeting with a trainer 1-3 times per week works best for their fitness goals.
